Do I need access to a dance studio to practice?
The simple answer is no. We intentionally created this hybrid approach so you can practice more frequently without the inconveniences of traveling to a studio and pay studio fees.
Albeit you'll be on dance floors during a night out, most of the time spent practicing can be done at home.

What's the best way to practice at home?
The ideal environment would be an open area with hardwood flooring or ceramic floors. This makes it easier for any twisting or turning movements that may otherwise be difficult if it were on carpet flooring.
Having a full length mirror to practice in front of will also be beneficial to see if you are doing the movements correctly. Make sure that the mirror is secure and that you are not practicing too close to it in case of accidental injuries.
How does the personalized video analysis work?
Students will be able to record themselves with a cellphone or camcorder (once facing the camera, and a second time from the side) and submit this to our team of instructors.
From there, the instructor will review the video recording, analyzing it and providing detailed feedback with annotations in video format and submit it back to the student.
The student can then review the feedback as many times as they want.
